3 steps to happiness !!


Feeling low ? Feeling dejected and annoyed by the way things are going ? Don’t worry, you are not alone. We’ve all been there. Here’s the good news, there’s a 3 step process to change your mood almost instantly..

And here it is:

Step 1- take a pen and a paper, a pencil or even a crayon would work just fine.

Step 2- make a list- write things in your life that you’re grateful for, it could be anything.. Your family’s love, the stranger that smiled at you in traffic, the picture of a puppy that melted your heart, the song that holds a million memories.. Anything..

Step 3- you’ll start to feel warm and fuzzy inside, let that feeling in and don’t resist it. You might even start to show physical signs, like a big smile on your face.. Let that persist.

Commit to yourself to make at least or person happy everyday, and start with yourself, contrary to what others may try to make you believe, it’s not selfishness, it’s self-preservation. And continue on to make it the best day you possibly can..

Do it as often as you can, and always remember happiness is an inside job, it starts with you and all it takes is an attitude of gratitude.

Always be happy now, don’t put it off for later, don’t constrain it with conditions like I’ll be happy if I lose weight or I’ll be happy when I get a dream job or whatever.. Be happy to be happy, for none of us know for sure what the future holds. So stop wasting time, it’s a perfect day to have a wonderful day..
